	LIMITED WARRANTY Term: 90 Day or One Year Warranty ( as noted in User Manual of respective Directway products. Please see your product information to confirm.) At the time of purchase, it is the owner's responsibility to complete the warranty information and submit to DirectWay Biotechnology Company Limited (DirectWay), to keep proof of purchasse of the unit and all replacement cartridge(s) and to demonstrate that proper cartridge replacement and filter maintenance was performed as specified in the owner's instructions. The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any product that has been subjected to misuse, neglect, over-tightening, lack of, or improper periodic filter replacement, repaired or altered by anyone other than an authorized DirectWay service representative, and will VOID the warranty in it's entirety. Transportation charges on units submitted for repair or replacement under warranty to DirectWay at 509 West Beijing Rd, Shanghai 200041, shall be paid by the registered owner. This is the exclusive remedy and liability for consequential damages. There are no other warranties, either expressed or implied, limited to the extent permitted by law.
